Trident Damp was built on Joe’s forty-plus years of hands-on experience in the building industry. He is a qualified plasterer and builder, and has spent those years eradicating damp and rot from basements to attics in every type of property.
Our surveyors and operatives all work to the same ethos: customer care first, and never finding a problem that does not exist. On completion of works we provide guarantees of 10 to 20 years, insurance-backed through GPI (Guarantee Protection Indemnity), of whom we are an approved subscriber. GPI guarantees are accepted by lenders across the UK, so if anything should ever happen to our company, your guarantee is still protected, and it stays with the property when it is sold.
